Plus One IT is a Bay Area IT company based in the San Francisco Bay Area, California, providing IT services and managed support to small and mid-sized businesses throughout the East Bay, North Bay, and greater San Francisco Bay Area. We work with organizations across Contra Costa, Alameda, Marin, San Francisco, Sonoma, Solano, and Napa counties and beyond.
Our team brings over a decade of experience supporting managed service providers (MSPs) across the San Francisco Bay Area. This background enables us to deliver reliable technology solutions, fast response times, and consistently high-quality support.

We currently operate without a physical office, allowing us to keep overhead low and pass those savings on to our clients through more cost-effective services. As we continue to grow, we plan to maintain a flexible, remote-first model, with team members strategically located throughout the Bay Area to provide fast, localized support based on each client’s needs.

We intentionally operate as a boutique, non-corporate IT provider so we can work closely with each business, deliver personalized support, and maintain the highest standards of service.
